Please join us next week for our Annual Membership meeting on July 21st at the Miner’s Lounge in Angels Camp. Lunch will begin at 11:45am in the banquet room with our meeting getting underway at Noon. This year we have a special guest coming, our 2024 President Elect for the California Association of REALTORS, Melanie Barker. Melanie lives in Oakhurst and deals with many of the same issue we have regarding fire insurance and will bring a great voice to CAR for our Rural Communities. Please join us to hear her goals as being part of CAR Leadership as well as share concerns you may have that she can take back to CAR Leadership.
We will also be providing an update in regards to our Association Executive, lockboxes and goals ahead for the remainder of this year and next. Also, please be looking for online ballots coming out for our Board of Directors positions.
